As an extra service to our clients, HQHC team provides health facilities and staff registration with various governmental organization; this includes, but not limited to:
- Trade name reservation and approval.
- Assist in identifying suitable local service agent as part of the DED licensing requirements
- Legalization and Initial Approval from DED.
- Support in memorandum of agreement (MOA) requirements and court notarization of the agreement.
- Assistance in identifying suitable location for the health facility
- Attestation of Rental Agreement from Land Department (RERA).
- Signing the lease agreement of the health facility
- Documentation, Legalization and Submission of Final Approval Application to DED.
- Post office registration of Post Box and renewal.
- Support in issuing Trade License and renewal.
- Documentation, Legalization and Registration of company with Ministry of Immigration.
- Documentation and registration of the Company with Department of Naturalisation and Residency Dubai (DNRD)
- Documentation and registration with Ministry of Human Resource and Emiratisation (formally known as Ministry of Labor) this includes employment visa application, change status and other governmental related works
